We are photographers who love dogs and using our cameras to do some good. Every portrait session booked allows us to provide photos for shelters and rescues.

How it works.

1. Snap

Book with us! Participate in one of our sessions or reach out if you would like us to come to your event.

2. Send

We send a photographer to a rescue or shelter partner in need at no cost to them.

3. Save Tails

These pics lend much-needed visibility to at-risk dogs and drastically improve their chances of finding forever homes.

Don’t worry, you’ll be in these too! Your session is yours to customize, so I encourage you and your people to be part of these pictures too! That said, here at Send Dog Pics we are about dog pics first and foremost and these “dog + dog people” sessions are what we’re set up for.
We host 3-4 mini sessions a year to keep our calendar open for rescue work. These sessions are themed to capture your family in every season. If you don’t see a session ready to book now, be sure to join our newsletter to be the first to be notified when books are open. We do occasionally book private sessions to accommodate larger families; if this interests you please use the contact form to get started.
You will get at least 10 high quality images, ready to print or download. I love delivering galleries with variety and will meticulously edit the photos to make sure you’re getting all the best shots!
Typically, just about 20 minutes. This tends to be the best amount of time to keep your dog interested without overwhelming them. Since these windows are narrow, it’s critical that you arrive a bit early!
Our mini sessions are built with reactive dogs in mind. Please note while booking if your dog is reactive, shy, or aggressive and we will make time and a plan for you. It also works wonders to bring high-reward treats for us to use during your session.
